The present general conditions regulate the use and access to the web site or Internet service that INVIGOLF, S.L. (hereinafter INVIGOLF) with registered office in Carmen Conde, 9, 2B, 28342, Valdemoro, Madrid, Spain, NIF B01783083, makes available to users through the e-mail address: www.invigolf.com.
The use of the website by any user implies full acceptance of these conditions and criteria that are permanently displayed on the web/app, under the version published and in force at all times. To this end, it is recommended that the user carefully read the conditions and instructions posted on the website each time you access them, as well as the need to reload at all times the contents that are in the cache memory of the user’s own computer in order to receive fully updated information.
All this without prejudice to the specific conditions governing each of the products and services whose contracting is accessible through the website or the app.
Object
The main purpose of the website is to inform about INVIGOLF’s products and services, to make it possible to make inquiries and to provide the necessary documentation for the integration of the services and/or products contracted.
Conditions of use for the user

Applicable law and jurisdiction
For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to this website/app or the activities carried out therein, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit themselves, being competent for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to its use the Spanish Courts and Tribunals. In the case of consumers and users, the corresponding competence and jurisdiction will be applied in accordance with the applicable regulations at all times.
IP Addresses
The website servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. In any case, it shall immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international legislation, morality or public order, immediately removing the redirection to said website, app, and informing the competent authorities of the content in question.
INVIGOLF assumes no liability for any damage that may be caused to users’ equipment by possible computer viruses contracted by the user as a result of browsing the website, app or any other derived from their browsing.
